Location: The hotel Complex "Laguna Park" **** is located 500 meters from the center of Sunny Beach, about 300 meters from the beach, close to the main shopping and entertainment area.
Accommodation: Hotel Laguna Park offers accommodation in double rooms, studios, apartments and maisonettes with two-bedrooms situated on one or two levels. The rooms in the main building are centrally air-conditioned and those in block D - with individual air-conditioning. All rooms are equipped with telephone, mini bar, TV, private bathroom and balcony.
DOUBLE ROOM 2+2: Approximate area of 34 sq.m. Each double room has: terrace, air conditioning, telephone, cable TV, two beds, foldable armchair, bathroom  with shower, hairdryer, WC, mini-bar (for an extra charge).  Minimum occupancy - 2 adults. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children.
STUDIO 2+2: Approximate area of 42 sq.m. Each studio has: a bedroom and  a living room with foldable sofa bed  without a door between them, bathroom with shower, hair dryer, WC. Maximum occupancy of  3 adults and 1 child.
APARTMENT 2+2/ 3+1: Approximate area of 48 sq.m. Each apartment has: a bedroom furnished with a double bed; a living room with foldable sofa bed and an intermediate door between them; in the bathroom – shower cabin, hair dryer, WC. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults.
MAISONETTE 4+2: Approximate area 62 sq.m. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 2 children. The maisonettes are two types:
First type (on two levels) - two double rooms located on two floors, connected to an internal staircase without an intermediate door. Each room has a separate bathroom with shower, hairdryer and WC.
Second type / on one level / - consists of two rooms – one with double bed and one with twin beds (4 regular beds) with an intermediate door between both rooms. Each room has a private bathroom with shower cabin, hairdryer and WC.
Baby cot is provided upon request and an additional charge of 10 BGN/ day.
Pets are not allowed.
The hotel infrastructure is not suitable for disabled.
At guest`s disposal: Aqua park with three outdoor swimming pools – one for children, one for adults with slides and one swimming pool for adults. There are more two outdoor swimming pools (relax zone), one for adults with children's zone and one for children with water attractions. Main restaurant with 250 indoor and 200 outdoor seats, lobby bar, snack bar, two pool bars, hairdresser, medical center, internet, games, children's playground and children's entertainment center, exchange office, amphitheater, shops, parking  (for an extra charge, approx 10 BGN).
Sport and SPA: SPA area - sauna, steam bath, Turkish bath, hydro massage, massages, gym. Table tennis, archery, mini golf, darts, billiards, water gymnastics, water polo, volleyball, fitness. The hotel also offers animation for its guests  6 days a week. The hotel has an animation stage for children's discos and evening shows.

Outdoor bar AQUAPARK from 10:00 - 23:00 - All Inclusive. It offers soft drinks and hot drinks, beer, wine, domestic alcohol.
