Location: The hotel is situated in the north part of Sunny Beach resort, close to the beach. This four- star hotel offers a variety of services and facilities. The hotel is only 35 km away from Burgas airport and 100 km away from Varna town, near to the bus stations to the Old Nesebar, Vlas and Elenite.
 Accommodation: The hotel has 323 double rooms, 16 studios and 21 apartments; central air-condition system. All rooms  have a bath and shower, hairdryer, a balcony, direct telephone, mini fridge and satellite TV, internet access for an extra charge of 10 BGN/day, 15 BGN/ 2 days, 35 BGN/ 7 days, 50 BGN/ 14 days.
DOUBLE ROOM 2+1 PARK/ SEA VIEW: Approximate area 35 sq.m. The hotel offers rooms with park and sea view. Bathroom with bathtub and WC, and hairdryer. Maximum occupancy of  3 adults.

STUDIO 2+2: Approximate area of 53 sq.m. Separate bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer in the room. Maximum occupancy for 3 adults + 1 child.
APARTMENT 2+2 SEA: Approximate area of 65 sq.m. It consists a bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults + 1 child.
Pets with established habits, up to 5kg are allowed for an extra charge of 10 BGN/ day.
Baby cot is provided free upon request.
The hotel infrastructure is not suitable for disabled.
