Location: The new built in 2017 hotel RIVA PARK is located in northern part of the Sunny Beach resort and is a part of complex RIVA. Beach is 150 m away, center of the resort – 1.5 km away.

Accommodation: The five-storey hotel RIVA PARK has 93 premises. The rooms are with two regular beds, in part of them there is possibility to be accommodated third person and the extra bed is an extendable sofa. The rooms are with individual air conditioning, 32ʺ Flat TV and cable TV, toilet and bathroom with a shower or a shower cabin, towels, toiletries, hairdryer (on request at the reception, deposit is required), furnished balcony, telephone, Wi-Fi , floor coverage is a terracotta , room tidying up – daily, bed-clothes change – once per week, towels change – once at 3 days.

DBL 2+0 SUPERIOR: Approximate area 17 m2. The room has two regular beds. Only in DBL 2+0 is possible accommodation of 1 adult and 1 child, the maximum occupancy is 2 adults.

DBL 2+1 SUPERIOR: Approximate area 18 m2. The room has two regular beds and one extendable sofa 90 cm/ 200 cm. The minimum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child, the maximum occupancy is 3 adults.

DBL 2+2 SUPERIOR: Approximate area 20 m2. The room has two regular beds and one extendable sofa 120 cm/ 200 cm. The minimum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child, the maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children, 3 adults and 1 child.

Baby cot – 5 BGN/ day

Pets are not allowed.

The hotel has an adapted room for disabled.

About the hotel: Main restaurant (160 seats) with a terrace (250 seats), lobby bar, snack bar, safety deposit box, Wi-Fi in the lobby, Wi-Fi in the public areas and in the rooms, 2 unguarded carparks, exchange office, shops. The restaurant and the bars are situated in hotel RIVA PARK and are available for use from both hotel RIVA and hotel RIVA PARK.

Sport: Outdoor swimming pool for adults, swimming pool for adults with child safety section, swimming pool with salt water and Jacuzzi, kid's club, animation.
