Location: Platinum Hotel and Casino is situated approximately 700 meters away from the first station of the ski lift and 900 meters away from the old town of Bansko resort.

Accommodation: The five-storey Platinum Hotel and Casino offers accommodation in 133 double rooms and in 10 junior suites, most of which have a breathtaking view to the slopes of Pirin mountain.



DBL 2+1 ECONOMY: Approximately 18 square meters. These double economy rooms do not have a balcony and are equipped with one double or two single beds, an extendable sofa bed, a TV with cable channels, a mini bar, a telephone, a safe deposit box, internet access and a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet, a hair dryer, bathrobes and slippers. They are located on the last floor and have higher and smaller windows. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults.

DBL 2+1 NO BALCONY: Approximately 18 square meters. These double economy rooms do not have a balcony and are equipped with one double or two single beds, an extendable sofa bed, a TV with cable channels, a mini bar, a telephone, a safe deposit box, internet access and a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet, a hair dryer, bathrobes and slippers. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults.

DBL 2+1: Approximately 18 square meters. The standard double rooms have one double or two single beds, an extendable sofa bed, a TV with cable channels, a mini bar, a telephone, a safe deposit box, internet access, a balcony and a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet, a hair dryer, bathrobes and slippers. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults.

JUNIOR SUITE 2+2: Approximately 44 square meters. The junior suites are one premise with one double or two single beds, a double extendable couch or two extendable sofa beds, a TV with cable channels, a mini bar, a telephone, a safe deposit box, internet access and a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet, a hair dryer, bathrobes and slippers. Most of them also have a balcony. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults with 1 child.



Baby cot is available free of charge, upon prior request.
The hotel and its adjoining infrastructure are accessible for people in wheelchairs. The hotel has premises, adjusted for accommodating people with mobility difficulties.
Accommodation with pets is not allowed.



About the hotel: Platinum Hotel and Casino has a restaurant, a tavern, a lobby bar, a kids’ area, a gaming hall, a ski wardrobe for ski set storing against extra payment of 1 BGN per day, as well as a ski and snowboard school. In the hotel there is also the only casino in Bansko that offers live game.

Sports and SPA: The relax centre of Platinum Hotel and Casino has one of the biggest indoor pools in the resort, as well as a Jacuzzi, a steam bath, a sauna, fitness, massage cabinets and a beauty salon.

Breakfast on a buffet in the main restaurant – 07:00 – 10:00

Lunch – cold pack with 0.5 liters of mineral water, a sandwich and a fruit or a packaged dessert included (if HB+Lunch cold pack is chosen)

Dinner on a buffet in the main restaurant – 19:00 – 21:00

Christmas dinner on 25.12.2020 against optional extra payment for adults and for children between 2 and 11.99 y.o., if +X-mas Gala package is chosen (guests, who have not chosen +X-mas Gala package, receive a standard dinner on 25.12.2020, taking place earlier than the festive one)

New Year's dinner on 31.12.2020 (mandatory, included in the prices for adults and for children between 2 and 11.99 y.o.)
