Accommodation: The four-storey hotel building was built in 2007, undergoes its last reconstruction in 2012 and is serviced by 2 elevators. Hotel Maraya offers accommodation in a total of 54 premises, from which double rooms, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, each of which is equipped with a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a mini bar and a separate bathroom with a shower cabin or a bathtub, a toilet and a hair dryer and offer view to the mountain, the yard or the street. Part of the rooms and the apartments also dispose of terraces. In some of them the heating and the hot water are central, whilst in others – with individual convector radiators and individual boilers.

DBL 2+0: Approximately 20 square meters. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults.
DBL 2+1 SUPERIOR: Approximately 20-24 square meters. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child.
APP 2+2: Approximately 30-35 square meters. The one-bedroom apartments consist of one bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a sofa. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults and 1 child.
FAMILY APP 2+3/3+2: Approximately 30-40 square meters. The family apartments consist of one bedroom with one double bed and a living room with two single beds. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 1 child.
APP 4+2: Approximately 60-65 square meters. The two-bedroom apartments consist of two bedrooms with one double bed in each of them and a living room with a sofa. The bedrooms and the living room are separated by a door. Maximum occupancy of 5 adults and 1 child.

Baby cot is free, upon prior request.
The hotel not allowed accommodation with pets.
The hotel and its adjoining infrastructure are accessible for people in wheelchairs.
