Location: Kotva Hotel is located in the southern part of Sunny Beach, 250 m. from the beach and 800 m. from the town of Nessebar.
The hotel consists of two buildings, connected by a common reception area with spacious lobby. There are 4 floors and elevators in each wing. It has 321 rooms and 150 apartments. The apartments consist of two rooms, living room and bedroom with connecting door. Each room is equipped with bathroom with shower, balcony, telephone, TV, satellite TV and mini-bar refrigerator type / for extra cost 4 lev per day /.
Baby cot will be provided upon reservation fee of 5 lev per day.
Double Room 2 +1: Approximate area of 23 square meters. The hotel has a total of 321 double rooms overlooking the hotel garden, pool or dunes. Maximum occupancy 3 adults.
Apartment 2 + 2: Approximate area of 32 square meters. The hotel has 150 suites with separation door between the living room and bedroom. Maximum occupancy 3 adults and 1 child.
Allowed accommodation with pets.
The guests: The hotel has a large restaurant and an attractive ? la carte restaurant, lobby bar, pool bar, internet cafe, souvenir shop, mini supermarket, doctor, safe /for fee / currency exchange, parking .
Sports and entertainment: The inner courtyards of the hotel are pleasant for relaxing and entertaining. Four outdoor pools are available for guests / one is with a mini-Olympic size and the other three are a type of mini aqua park /. Pools are with different levels of depth, suitable for all ages. There is a large sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, which are free for hotel guests. The hotel offers a game room with pool tables, arcade games and table tennis, as well as well- equipped gym, steam bath, sauna, massage.
