Location: The four-star hotel is situated at the first line, very close to the beach and about 400m away from the resort`s center. St Vlas is 3km away, Nessebar – 6 km away. The bus stop is 150m away. There is a Casino about 100m away.

Accommodation: The hotel has 2 elevators and 77 units – double rooms, one bedroom apartments, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments, most of them overlooking the sea. All of them are spacious, with large and modern bathrooms. The apartments have a living room and a kitchenette. All of them have balconies, air conditioning, LED TV, bathroom with a shower cabin and amenities. The hotel was fully renovated in 2019.



DOUBLE ROOM 1+2 ECONOMY: Approximate area 11 m2. The rooms are with double bed, furnished balcony, individual air conditioning, TV SAT, telephone, Wi-Fi in room, hairdryer, towels, bathroom with shower and cosmetics. All double rooms are located on ground floor with view to the sea and pool view. The maximum occupancy is 1 adults with 2 childs.

DOUBLE ROOM 2+1 SEA: Approximate area 16 m2. The rooms are with double bed, sofa armchair, furnished balcony, individual air conditioning, TV SAT, telephone, Wi-Fi in room, hairdryer, towels, bathroom with shower and cosmetics. All double rooms are located on ground floor with view to the sea and pool view. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 1 child.

FAMILY APP 4+1: Approximate area 55 m2. The apartments consist of 2 bedroom, 4 double bed and 1 sofa, furnished balcony, individual air conditioning, clothes dryer, TV SAT, telephone, Wi-Fi in room, hairdryer, towels, bathroom with shower and cosmetics. The maximum occupancy is 5 adults.

APP 2+1/2+2 SEA: Approximate area 40m2. The one bedroom apartments consist of a living room and one bedroom, both are separated by a door. There is a double bed in the bedroom and an extendable sofa in the living room. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults and 1 child.

APP 2+1/2+2 LUX SEA: Approximate area 50m2. The lux one bedroom apartments consist of a living room and one bedroom, both are separated by a door. There is a double bed in the bedroom and an extendable sofa in the living room. The difference between lux and standard apartments is the space and the furniture. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults and 1 child.

APP 4+2 LUX SEA: Approximate area 80m2. The two bedroom apartments consist of two bedrooms and one living room. In each bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room there is an extendable sofa. The rooms are separated by a door. The maximum occupancy is 6 adults.

APP 6+2 LUX SEA: Approximate area 120 m2. The three bedroom lux apartments consist of three bedrooms and one living room. In each bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room there is an extendable sofa. The rooms are separated by a door. The difference between lux and standard apartments is the space and the furniture. The maximum occupancy is 8 adults.



The baby cot is provided free of charge upon request.

The hotel does not have adapted rooms for disabled.

About the hotel: At guests` disposal are main restaurant “Zorbas” located on the beach, it offers a variety of meals included in all inclusive. The main restaurant is offering National and European food and drinks. The themed dinners are prepared by a team of chefs, and a master chef with a big experience in a Turkish All-Inclusive Restaurant takes care of the hotel’s menus.

The hotel lobby bar offers a wide variety of imported drinks, as well as snacks, sandwiches, desserts, fruit and more. There is also a pool bar / beach bar where are served cocktails, beer, wine, Bulgarian and imported alcohol, soft and hot drinks.

The outdoor pool, sun loungers and parasols around the pool are included in the ultra all inclusive and are only for hotel guests. The pool has and children`s zone. The hotel has its own beach area with umbrellas and sun chairs, which are only for hotel guests.
