Location: The three-star Aparthotel Dream is situated at the foot of Pirin, 300 meters away from the first station of the cabin lift and 1.5 kilometers away from the resort’s centre.
Accommodation: The five-storey building of Aparthotel Dream is serviced by two elevators and offers accommodation in one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom maisonettes, each of which with a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a safe deposit box, a kitchenette with an oven with two stoves, an aspirator, a fridge, a toaster and an electric kettle, a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet and a hair-dryer and a balcony. The heating and the hot water are central.

APP 2+2: Approximately 70 – 80 square meters. The one-bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom with one double or two single beds and a living room with an extendable couch. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults with 1 child.
MAISONETTE 3+2: Approximately 85 – 110 square meters. The two-bedroom maisonettes consists of a living room with an extendable couch on the first floor and one bedroom with one double bed, a second bedroom with one single bed and a bathroom with a toilet on the second floor. The two bedrooms are not separated by a door. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults with 1 child.
MAISONETTE 4+2: Approximately 110 – 130 square meters. The two-bedroom maisonettes consist of a living room with an extendable couch and a toilet on the first floor and one bedroom with one double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds  and a bathroom with a toilet in both of the bedrooms on the second floor. The bedrooms are separated by a door. The maximum occupancy is 5 adults with 1 child.

Baby cot is available free of charge and upon prior request.
The hotel and its adjoining infrastructure are not accessible for people in wheelchairs. The hotel does not dispose of premises, adjusted for accommodating people with mobility difficulties.
Accommodation with pets is not allowed.
About the hotel: Aparthotel Dream disposes of a restaurant with three separate halls, each of which with different atmosphere and interior. The main restaurant hall also turns into a modern conference hall with a capacity of 150 places, which makes it suitable for conducting either business meetings or seminars. At guests’ disposal there is also a Lobby bar with a wonderful fireplace. There is also a ski wardrobe for personal equipment and a luggage room.
Sports and SPA: Relax zone of Aparthotel Dream is equipped with an indoor swimming pool, a sauna and massage rooms, a billiards hall. The hotel offers package “Authentic Russian bath”, including a two-hour stay, 100 gr. strong alcohol, beer, food, as well as a traditional sauna, after which the guest dunks in bucket with cold water. This procedure helps to eliminate the toxins from the body and to strengthen the immunity.
