Location: Hotel Bariakov is situated 100 meters away from the first station of the ski lift and one kilometer away from the resort’s centre.
Accommodation: The three-storey Hotel Bariakov is built in 2007, is renovated for the last time in 2017, does not dispose of an elevator and offers accommodation in 7 standard double rooms, 9 large double rooms and 4 family rooms. Some of the double rooms and two of the family rooms have sunny balconies with a view to Pirin and Rila. All premises are equipped with a TV, a telephone, a mini bar, a desk, a wardrobe, internet access and a bathroom with a shower, a shower cabin or a hydromassage tub, a toilet, toiletries, a hair dryer and towels. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the bed linen is changed every three days. The flooring is carpet.

DBL 2+0: Approximately 20 – 23 square meters. The standard double rooms have two single beds and a separate bathroom. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults.
DBL 2+1 LARGE: Approximately 22 – 26 square meters. The large double rooms have two single beds, an extendable sofa and a separate bathroom. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 1 child.
FAM 3+1: Approximately 28 – 30 square meters. The family rooms have three single beds, an extendable sofa and a separate bathroom. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults with 1 child.

Baby cot is available free of charge, upon prior request.
The hotel and its adjoining infrastructure are not accessible for people in wheelchairs. The hotel does not have premises, adjusted for accommodating people with mobility difficulties.
Accommodation with pets is not allowed.
About the hotel: Hotel Bariakov has a lobby bar, a main restaurant, room service from 10:00 until 20:00, an air-conditioner in the common area, unguarded parking and a reception desk with a change bureau.
