Location: Yastrebets Wellness & Spa Hotel is located only about an hour away from Sofia, the ski slope 3 and 1500 meters above sea level surrounded by pine trees . The distance to the resort center is about 3 km.

Accommodation: Yastrebets Wellness & Spa has 33 double rooms with balconies overlooking the ski slope or the pine forest, 3 junior and 4 executive apartments and Finnish cottages. Each room is equipped with TV, mini bar, internet, telephone and safe, bathroom and hair dryer.

Double room 2+1: Approximate size 18 sq. m. Maximum occupancy 3 adults.

Small apartment 2+2: Approximate size 34 sq. m. Two rooms without dividing door. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults.

Large apartment 2+3: Approximate size 44 sq. m. Two rooms separated by a door. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults or 2 adults + 3 children.

Finnish cottage 4+2: 15 - detached houses in the immediate vicinity. Each has two floors with living room and bedroom on the first and second floor. Six of the villas feature a Finnish sauna and nine are with two separate bedrooms. Each of the villas has a TV, mini bar, internet, telephone, balcony and separate parking space. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults + 2 children.

Baby cot free of charge upon request.

The hotel and its premises are wheelchair accessible.

Pets of small breeds and established habits are allowed only in villas. A fee is required - 20 Euros for the first night and 10 Euros for each subsequent and preliminary confirmation from the hotel.
