Location: Hotel complex Watermill is located 250 meters from the beach in Saint Vlas and 3 minutes walk from the center of the complex.

Accommodation: The architectural plan of the Watermill resembles the typical Bulgarian Renaissance style. 109 apartments include the complex, which are located in 5 buildings, each with a separate entrance.

APARTMENT 2 + 2: Approximate area of ​​60 sq. m. The apartments have a separate cozy bedroom with wardrobe, bed linen and towels and a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette with utensils and utensils. Maximum occupancy for 4 adults.

APARTMENT 4 + 2: Approximate area of ​​85 sq. m. There are two separate bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed. Most apartments have two bathrooms and toilets. Maximum occupancy of 6 adults.

A baby cot is provided at an additional cost of 5 BGN per day with a pre-order.

There are no suitable facilities for accommodating disabled people.

About the hotel: There is a restaurant in the national style and evening program, a swimming pool, a small playground for children and a real old mill - all of which are surrounded by greenery and small alleys.

Sports and Spa: The Watermill Resort offers its guests an outdoor pool with a small children's section, a sun lounger and an umbrella are free of charge. Around the pool are also tables where you can order fresh cocktails or cool drinks.
