Location: Hotel Trakia Plaza is located about 700 - 800 meters away from the center of Sunny Beach resort.
Accommodation: Trakia Plaza Hotel was built in 2003. The hotel is a 9 - storey ship-shaped building. It has a total of 169 rooms and two lifts.

In main building:
DOUBLE ROOM 2+2/3+0: Approximate area of 20 sq. m. All rooms have bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, balcony, cable TV, mini fridge, telephone, central air-conditioning. Extra beds are extensible armchairs. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
DOUBLE COMFORT 2+2/3+1: Comfort rooms are with the same size as double rooms, but have two king size beds. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults with 1 child.

In apartment building :
STUDIO 2+1 : Approximate area -25sq.m. They have a refrigerator, hob, stove, kettle (on request), balcony. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child
APARTMENT 2+2/3+0 :Approximate area of 80 sq.m. Consists of one bedroom, a living room with sofas, a kitchenette and a sofa bed. The living room has a kitchenette and a living room. Each apartment has air conditioning, TV, telephone, refrigerator, bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults.
APARTMENT 2+3/3+2/4+0: Approximate area of 130 sq.m. Consists of two separate bedrooms (there is no air conditioning in the second bedroom), a living room with sofas, a kitchenette and a sofa bed. Maximum occupancy of 5 adults.

Baby cot is provided with a prior request for a fee of 6 BGN per day.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
There are no suitable facilities for accommodating disabled people.
About the hotel: Lobby bar, mezzanine bar, pool bar, shops, paid parking, safe at reception, free seasonal  outdoor pool. In the area of the hotel is the restaurant Chouchoura, which offers All Inclusive program and is among the oldest and most famous restaurants of Sunny Beach. A beautiful garden with lots of greenery and an outdoor pool with a bar are shaped around Hotel Trakia Plaza.
