Location: Thomas Residence is a new, small and secluded, boutique hotel complex located on the sunny southern beach "Nestinarka" in the town of Tsarevo. The hotel is newly opened for the 2015 season.
Accommodation: Thomas Residence offers accommodation in 15 one-bedroom apartments, 2 two-bedroom apartments, 5 studios, 2 family rooms and 15 double rooms spread over four floors. All rooms are air conditioned and furnished to suit all guests' needs. The studios, apartments and family rooms have a kitchenette, dining table, sofa, private bathroom and balcony. All rooms have minibar, air conditioning, TV.
Double Room 2+0: Maximum occupancy 2 adults.
Double Room 2+1 (with or without balcony): Maximum occupancy 2 adults + 1 child.
Studio 2+2: Maximum occupancy 3 adults + 1 child.
One Bedroom Apartment 2+2: Maximum occupancy 3 adults + 1 child.
One-Bedroom Apartment Large 2+3: Maximum occupancy 4 adults + 1 child.
Two-Bedroom Apartment 4+1: Maximum occupancy 5 adults.
Baby cot is available upon request and at a charge of 5 BGN per day.
At the guests' disposal: The hotel has a reception, a small swimming pool, a restaurant, a pool bar, a games room and a children's playground. The services offered at Thomas Residence are: wireless internet, laundry and ironing, safe, taxi, car rental, seminar and teambuilding, children's playground, outdoor pool with umbrellas and sun loungers.
Board: All Inclusive, main restaurant with about 100 seats.
