Location: The hotel is located in the picturesque central upper part of the Golden Sands resort.
Beach: The hotel is located about 350 - 400 meters from the beach (small part of the route is by stairs).
Accommodation: The capacity of the hotel is 300 rooms. There are 4 lifts at the hotel and there is access to all units through lift.

DBL 2 + 1/DBL 2 + 1 SEA: about 23 square meters, furnished with 2 regular beds (can be joined)and 1 extra bed - extendable armchair, air conditioning, satellite TV with LED TV, mini fridge, telephone, shower / shower cabin, hair dryer, balcony. Maximum occupancy 3 adults.
DBL 2 + 2 LARGE/DBL 2 + 3 LARGE / DBL 2 + 2 LARGE SEA/DBL 2 + 3 LARGE SEA: about 25 square meters. There are 2 regular beds (can be joined). Same furnishing as in double rooms but larger and with 2 extra beds – double extendible sofa bed or in very rare cases and limited 1 regular bed and small sofa. Air conditioning, satellite TV with LED TV, mini fridge, telephone, shower / shower cabin, hair dryer, balcony. Minimum occupancy of 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children! Maximum occupancy 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults + 3 children (incl. baby).
APP 2 + 2: about 40 square meters, furnished as rooms but with living room and bedroom separated with connecting door. The extra bed is a sofa. DBL 2 + 1 COMFORT/ DBL 2 + 1 COMFORT SEA: about 23 square meters, furnished with 2 regular beds (can be joined). They are better furnished and more comfortable than the double rooms, with 1 extra bed - armchair /sofa, bathroom with shower/shower cabin, air conditioning, satellite TV with LED TV, mini fridge, telephone, hair dryer, balcony. Maximum occupancy 3 adults.
DBL 2 + 1 EXCLUSIVE PARK/ DBL 2 + 1 EXCLSUIVE SEA: about 23 sq. m. All rooms are on the 6th floor of the hotel overlooking the sea or the park. They are furnished with two regular beds (that can be joined) and one extra bed (extendible arm-char). Air-conditioning, satellite TV with LED TV, shower / shower cabin, telephone, hair dryer, balcony. These type of units have some privileges - mini bar /for extra charge and only on the day of arrival is free of charge/, coffee, tea, in-room safe free of charge. Maximum occupancy 3 adults.
