Location: It is located in the center of the resort nearby to the ski center Studenetz – around 350m of lift station Studenetz – Snejanka and around 300m to ski center 1.

Accommodation: The hotel opens on December 1st  throughout the year, to accommodate the most discerning guests. A lot of apartments and studious conquering with elegance and new style. A modern and functional wellness center, which has sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath and gym where you can relax and enjoy.

STUDIO 2 + 1: Approximate area 52 sq.m. There are a double bed and 1 sofa bed. The studio has a flat-screen TV, heating, free Wi-Fi, wardrobe,  bathroom with shower, toilet and free toiletries, a balcony with mountain view. Maximum occupancy for 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.

APARTMENT 4 + 1: Approximate area 70 sq.m. They have 1 bedroom (separate door) and 1 double bed and sofa bed in the living room, 1 flat-screen TV in the bedroom and in the living room, heating, free Wi-Fi, a wardrobe, bathroom with shower, toilet and free toiletries, a terrace with mountain views. Maximum occupancy for 4 adults and 1 child.

APARTMENT 6 + 0: Approximate area 82 sq.m. They consist of 3 separate bedrooms and a living room separated by doors. There are 1 bedroom and 4 standard beds (they can become a bedroom - two in two), 3 flat-screen TVs in each room, heating, free Wi-Fi, a wardrobe, bathroom with shower, toilet and free toiletries, a terrace with mountain views. Maximum occupancy of 6 adults.

Baby cot is provided free of charge upon request.

Pets are not allowed.

The hotel is not suitable for people with disabilities.

Hotel Services: The hotel has a 24-hour reception, a lobby bar and a restaurant with 200 seats, which create comfort and mood with its avant-garde interior. Guests can enjoy the taste of local specialties and international cuisine. The base is suitable for all kinds of festive events, family celebrations, company parties, conferences and seminars, official cocktails, teambuildings. During the summer season, there is a barbecue.
