Location: The four-star Hotel Sevtopolis is situated not far from the centre of Pavel banya, amongst a beautiful private park with rich greenery on a total area of 10 decares.

Accommodation: The four-storey Hotel Sevtopolis stands out with its modern stylish building, has two elevators for the hotel floors and one elevator in the medical centre and offers accommodation in 58 double rooms and in 4 one-bedroom apartments, all with balconies, revealing beautiful views to the Balkan Mountains and to Sredna Gora. It is designed in an arcuate shape, creating a sense of harmony and comfort amid calm and lots of light. Oval shapes are present in the lobby, in the apartments, in the restaurant and in the swimming pool, complementing the feeling of relaxation.



DBL 2+1: Approximately 25 – 27 square meters. The double rooms are spacious, bright and quiet, furnished in warm colors and have one double or two single beds, one extra bed, a mini bar, a LED TV with cable channels, a telephone, Wi-Fi internet access, an air-conditioner with an individual control, a bathroom with a mirror to the bedroom, bathtub and/or a shower cabin, a toilet, a hair dryer, a magnifying mirror, slippers, bathrobes and toiletries and a terrace. The water in the bathroom is mineral. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults.

APP 2+2: Approximately 55 square meters. The one-bedroom apartments consist of a spacious bedroom with one double or two single beds and a transitioning bathroom with mineral water, a hydromassage tub, a shower cabin, a toilet, a hair dryer, slippers, bathrobes and toiletries, a living room with a couch and a second toilet and a terrace with a view to the yard, the garden and the pool and have a mini bar, a LED TV with cable channels, a telephone, Wi-Fi internet access and an air-conditioner with an individual control. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults.



Baby cot is available free of charge, upon prior request.

The hotel and its adjoining infrastructure are accessible for people in wheelchairs. The hotel has two rooms, adjusted for accommodating people with mobility difficulties.

Accommodation with pets is not allowed.

About the hotel: Hotel Sevtopolis has a main restaurant with a capacity of 140 places, a lobby bar with a capacity of 25 places, situated in the hotel’s foyer and a pool bar. At guests’ disposal there are also different entertainment activities such as an outdoor (08:00 – 18:00, only during the summer) and an indoor (09:30 – 20:00, throughout the year) pool with mineral water and Wi-Fi internet access. For the youngest guests, the hotel offers a children’s area in the foyer, right in front of the lobby bar.

SPA: The wellness zone (08:00 – 20:00) of Hotel Sevtopolis is equipped with a Jacuzzi, a steam bath, a Finnish sauna, an herb sauna, a Kneipp trail and a relax zone.
