Location: Hotel RIU Astoria is located in the central part of Golden Sands, on the alley itself. It is 200 meters away from the shopping area, 24 km away from the city of Varna and 37 km from Varna airport.
Accommodation: The hotel was opened in 2018 and from 2019 is managed by the large international RIU hotel chain. It is divided into 2 bodies with 538 rooms. The first body is a 11-storey main building, serviced by 5 elevators and the second body  is 6-storey annex building with 3 elevators.

The rooms are with equipment and comfort like the dbl standart rooms, but are with unfavorable view,  located either on parter or are overlooking to gas property or technical premises. The rooms have a double bed (180x200 cm), a sofa bed, central air conditioning or heating (depending on the season), satellite TV, telephone (extra charge), safe (extra charge), small fridge (can be used free of charge), bathroom with shower and hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, balcony or terrace. Most rooms are with partial sea view, some with sea view. Maximum occupancy for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
FAM 3 + 2/4 + 0: Approximate area of 46 sq. m. The family rooms consist of a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a separate living room with 2 beds (100x200 cm) or a sofa bed and one bed (100x200cm). Available in the rooms are central air conditioning or heating (depending on the season), TV with satellite channels, telephone (extra charge), safe (extra charge), small frige (can be used free of charge), bathroom with shower and hair dryer, free Wi-Fi, balcony or terrace. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults and 2 children or 4 adults.

Baby cot is provided free of charge and upon prior request and upon availability.
Pets are not allowed.
The hotel and its adjoining infrastructure are adapted to accommodate disabled people. Upon request are available 3 dbl park view rooms, on advanced request, (2 in one building – on first floor and 1 in the another one – on 3-rd floor).
