Regina Mare **

Location: Regina Mare is a luxurious Apart-hotel situated in
the southern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, on the very beach
in the place called Nestinarka, which forms the transition between the
natural park Strandzha and the sea resort of Tsarevo.

The construction was completely finished in 2008. Especially for the
needs of the customers, the building offers a wide choice of studios,
one- and two-bedroom apartments of surface areas between 40 and
120 square meters. These apartments are organized in three sections
(A, B and C) and they all have view on the sea.

- Spacious lobby, eception desk, 3 elevators, Italian restaurant, lobby
bar, open-air kindergarten, open-air swimming pool (including a section
for children); the hotel is fully air-conditioned;

- Other services - telephone, fax, wireless internet access, free
sunshades and lounges at the pool, safety deposit box at the reception
desk, taxis, rent-a-car service, free external parking lot.

- SPA center with sweating-bath, Finnish sauna, massage and
thalassotherapy room, whirlpool bath, relax room and fitness gym;
volleyball and soccer grounds on the beach, and possibility to practice
various sports on the beach;

Accommodation: The hotel counts five floors. Hotel
guests choose between one-bed, two-bed apartments and studios with
view on the park or direct/side view on the sea.

Studio – spacious and fully furnished: cable TV, air
conditioning; kitchenette with hotplates, refrigerator, microwave oven,
toaster and kettle; bathroom with WC and shower booth; view on the
park or on the sea.

One-bedroom apartment – spacious, with furnished
living-room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with hotplates,
refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster and kettle. The bedroom is
separated, and there is a separate bathroom with WC and shower
booth; the view is on the park or on the sea.
