Location: The complex consists of 5 buildings - Oreon, Triton, Theseus, Pegasus and Arion. There is no connection between the buildings, there is a general reception and an office of the company, which is located in Esteban complex. Poseidon complex is next to Esteban complex. The complex is located in the new town of Nessebar between Nessebar and Ravda. Ravda is about 2 km away, the center of the New Town of Nessebar is about 3 km. Around the complex there are shops, a change office, bakeries, restaurants, a bus stop, “Paradise” aqua park is 100 meters away.
Accommodation: The complex offers studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. All rooms are differently furnished.
STUDIO 2+0: Approximate size – 45 sq.m. It consists of a bright living room with a equipped kitchenette (electric oven or microwave with ceramic hobs, refrigerator, cattle for hot water, cookware and tableware), dining table, extending sofa bed for 2 people, flat screen TV with satellite channels, air condition, bathroom with cabin or bath tub, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, safe box, balcony with furniture. Maximum occupancy 2 adults. Please note that the only bed in the studio is a sofa bed for 2 people.
APARTMENT 2+2: Approximate size – 60 sq.m. Spacious apartments with two separate rooms overlooking the garden or pool, consisting of a living room with a kitchen (electric oven or microwave with ceramic hobs, refrigerator, cattle for hot water, cookware and tableware), dining table and chairs, extending sofa bed for 2 people, flat screen TV with satellite channels, air condition, bathroom with cabin or bath tub, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, safe box, balcony with furniture. The bedroom is with one double bed or two separate beds. Maximum occupancy 4 adults. Please note that not every bedroom has a TV and air conditioning.
APARTMENT 4+2: Approximate size – 90 sq.m. Three separate rooms. Living room with equipped kitchenette (electric oven or microwave with ceramic hobs, refrigerator, cattle for hot water, cookware and tableware) dining table and chairs, extending sofa bed for 2 people, more space for relax, flat screen TV with satellite channels, air condition, 2 bathrooms with cabin or tub washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, safe box, balcony with furniture. Two separate bedrooms – one with double bed and second one with a double bed or two single beds. Maximum occupancy 6 adults. Please note that not every bedroom has a TV and air conditioning.
APARTMENT 6+2: Approximate size – 110 sq.m. Four separate rooms. Living room with equipped kitchenette (electric oven or microwave with ceramic hobs, refrigerator, cattle for hot water, cookware and tableware) dining table and chairs, extending sofa bed for 2 people, more space for relax, flat screen TV with satellite channels, air condition, 2 bathrooms with cabin or tub washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, safe box, balcony with furniture. Three separate bedrooms – two with double bed and the third one with a double bed or two single beds. Maximum occupancy 8 adults. Please note that not every bedroom has a TV and air conditioning.
Pets are NOW allowed.
Baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request and against fee 8 BGN per day.
