Location: Oasis Resort and Spa complex is situated on the very coast, in the southern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, 60 km. from the town of Bourgas in close proximity to the resorts of Lozenets and Tsarevo. The region has exceptionally diverse flora and fauna, and a large part of the surrounding area is a nature reserve.

Accommodation: The complex consists of three different zones – standard apartment part (Oasis Aparthotel), premium apartments (Oasis Premium) and annex building (Oasis Park).

The Premium Oasis is in the area closest to the beach - first and second line. There is no elevator available in PREMIUM apartment buildings.

The standard apartment part is inside the complex (second and third line).

The annex building (Oasis Park) is located outside the Oasis Resort itself and the SPA, literally opposite it, on the other side of the Lozenets - Tsarevo road. The distance between Oasis Park and the entrance of Oasis Resort and SPA is about 3-4 minutes on foot. Oasis Park is not a separate hotel and does not have a reception. Accommodation is available at the reception of Oasis Resort and SPA. Oasis Park is rather an additional (annex) building to Oasis Resort and SPA, but they are not within its boundaries.

IMPORTANT! Supplement for sea view (only in Premium apartment building) at the reception desk (upon availability) – 20 EURO per unit per day.



STUDIO 2+0: Approximate area of 47 sq. m. It consists of one large room with kitchen and sleeping area. The studios are located in the interior of the complex and have full views of the Oasis Resort Park or to the street. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults.

APARTMENT 2+2: Approximate area of 65 sq. m. Apartment consisting of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom for two and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartments of this type are located inside the complex and have full views of the Oasis Resort Park (without sea view) or view to the street. Maximum occupancy for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.

APARTMENT 4+2: Approximate area of 110 sq. m. Apartment consisting of a living room with a kitchenette and two fully separate bedrooms (non-transitional), each of which has its own bathroom and toilet. The apartments of this type are located in the interior of the complex and have full view of the park of the complex (without sea view) or to the street. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults.

APARTMENT 2+2 PREMIUM: Approximate area of 65 sq. m. Luxuriously furnished apartment consisting of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom for two and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartments of this type are situated on the first or second line and have a full view of the Oasis Resort or the sea. Maximum occupancy for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.

APARTMENT 4+2 PREMIUM: Approximate area of 110 sq. m. Luxuriously furnished apartment consisting of a living room with a kitchenette and two fully separate bedrooms (non-transitional), each of which has its own bathroom and toilet. The apartments of this type are situated on the first line and have a full view of the complex's park or the sea. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults.

APARTMENT 6+2 PREMIUM SEA: Approximate area of 170 sq. m. Luxuriously furnished apartment consisting of a living room with a kitchenette and three completely separate bedrooms (non-transitional). Full sea view. Maximum occupancy of 6 adults and 2 children or 7 adults.

APARTMENT 8+2 PREMIUM SEA: Approximate area of 256 sq. m. Luxuriously furnished apartment (like maisonette) consisting of living room with kitchenette and four fully separate bedrooms (non-transitional), laundry room, 4 bathrooms with WC and guest toilet. Full view of the sea. Maximum occupancy of 8 adults and 2 children or 9 adults.

BUNGALOW 4+0: It consists of 2 rooms/bedrooms, with a common porch in front of them, garden rattan furniture, Jacuzzi. Each room has a separate entrance from the veranda. Maximum occupancy for 4 adults.

APARTMENT 2+2 ANNEX BUILDING: Approximate area of 65 sq. m. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom for two and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartments of this type are located in the additional part of the complex. Maximum occupancy for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.

APARTMENT 4+2 ANNEX BUILDING: Approximate area of 110 sq. m. Luxuriously furnished apartment consisting of a living room with a kitchenette and two fully separate bedrooms (non-transitional), each of which has its own bathroom and toilet. The apartments of this type are located in the additional part of the complex. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults.

APARTMENT 6+2 ANNEX BUILDING: Approximate area of 170 sq. m. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette and three completely separate bedrooms (non-transitional). The apartments of this type are located in the additional part of the complex. Maximum occupancy of 6 adults and 2 children or 7 adults.



Baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request.

Pets up to 5 kg. with built habits are allowed against a fee of 10 BGN per day and with preliminary confirmation from the hotel.

There are no suitable facilities for accommodating disabled people.

About the hotel: The complex has several restaurants: Petrus Restaurant, Thai Bar, Yacht Club, Delete Beach Bar, Pastel Beach Restaurant, MASON'S Shop. The complex has laundry, dry cleaning, business and internet club, hairdresser, guarded parking, currency exchange, safe.
