Accommodation: The hotel was last renovated in 2019 by adding the new block C, a number of new facilities and diversified All Inclusive concept. The complex consists of 3 buildings (blocks A and B with 8 floors, block C with 9 floors), each with its own lobby, reception, money exchange desk, lobby bar, main restaurant, and total 13 lifts (4 in block A, 4 in block B, 5 in block C).The total hotel rooms is 1013.

Pets and animals are not accepted except guide dogs for blind persons.

About the hotel: 3 main restaurants (one in each block), offering various breakfast and lunch buffets, as well as thematic dinner buffets in high season (Bulgarian, Spanish and Italian cuisine) or international cuisine with thematic evening buffets in low season.
Indian restaurant, offering dinner in buffet form, opened July-August, 5 days a week (Mo.-Fr) and German-style Biergarten (July-August).
