Location: at Chaika/Kabakum region (the surroundings of Golden sands). It is on about 6 km south from the central part of the Golden Sands resort.
The beach is about 250 meters away and can be reached by stairs. The hotel is part of Magnolia Complex, which consists of Magnolia Park and Spa (former Magnolia 1) and Magnolia Palace (former Magnolia 2).
Accommodation: MAGNOLIA PARK & SPA has five floors and 98 dbl rooms. Approximate area of 25 sq.m. and they have balcony with table and chairs, sofa, cable TV, hair dryer, air-conditioning.
The hotel also has two maisonettes, one studio and one apartment.
