Location: The modern, whole year round Hotel Kap House is situated at the foot of Pirin, only 150 meters away from the first station of the ski lift and approximately one kilometer away from the resort’s centre.
Accommodation: Hotel Kap House is built in 2007, undergoes a reconstruction in 2020 and offers accommodation in double rooms and two apartaments. The heating is central. The hot water is also central.

DBL 2+1: Approximately 20 square meters. The double rooms are equipped with one double or two single beds, an extendable sofa or a camp-bed, a TV with cable channels, a telephone, internet access and a separate bathroom with a hydromassage shower or a bathtub, a hair dryer and a toilet. Most of them also dispose of a terrace. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults.
APARTMENT 4+0 DELUXE: Approximately 65 square meters. The apartment consists of two separate bedrooms, which are separated from each other. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom with a bathtub and a large terrace. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
APARTMENT 4+0 MANSARD: Approximately 50 square meters. The apartment consists of two mansard bedrooms, which are separated from each other and have a shared bathroom. The apartment does not have a balcony. Maximum occupancy 4 adults.

Baby cot is available free of charge and upon prior request.
The hotel and its adjoining infrastructure are not accessible for people in wheelchairs.
Accommodation with pets up to 3 kilograms is allowed with no extra payment under the condition that the pet will not have access to the common hotel areas and will not disturb the other guests.
About the hotel: At guests’ disposal there are a 24/7 reception desk, a cozy foyer with a fireplace and a big LCD TV, a restaurant-tavern “Veranda and BBQ” with a capacity of 120 places and dishes from the Bulgarian cuisine, a ski wardrobe and parking.
Sports and SPA: The SPA centre of Hotel Kap House is equipped with an indoor heated swimming pool, a Finnish sauna and a Jacuzzi and offers a variety of massages and relaxing procedures.

*Children from 0 to 3.99 years do not pay for Festive Dinner, they will receive a seat in the restaurant, but not a portion.
