Location: Kamchia is approximately 25 kilometers away from the town of Varna, in one of the most-picturesque parts of the Bulgarian sea coast – the outfall of Kamchia river. Holiday Village Pirin is situated in a beautiful pine forest and consists of a hotel part and villas.

Beach: sandy, approximately 100 meters away from the lowermost villas

Accommodation: Built and put into exploitation in 2012, Holiday Village Pirin consists of one three-storey hotel and eleven two-storey villas with a total capacity of 250 beds. The Holiday Village offers wonderful conditions for a complete family leisure.

The villas offer accommodation in 74 double rooms and in 27 studios. The double rooms are modernly furnished with a TV with satellite channels, an air-conditioner, a fridge, accessories for tea and coffee, a spacious terrace with a wonderful view and a separate bathroom with a shower, a toilet and toiletries and dispose of Wi-Fi internet access. Furthermore, the studios dispose also of a kitchenette with a stove, a kettle, a mini fridge, a sitting area and furniture.

DBL 2+1 VILLAS: Approximately 25 square meters. The double rooms dispose of one double or two single beds and one extendible couch. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults.

STUDIO 2+2 IN VILLAS: Approximately 36 square meters. The studios dispose of one double or two single beds and one extendible couch. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults.

 Baby cot is available free of charge and upon prior request.

The villas and their adjoining infrastructure are not accessible for people in wheelchairs. The villas do not dispose of premises, adjusted for accommodating people in wheelchairs.

Accommodation with pets is not allowed.

About the hotel: At guests’ disposal there are a reception desk on the ground floor of the hotel, a day bar, Wi-Fi internet access throughout the village and a small conference hall with a capacity of 25 – 30 people, à beach restaurant with an extra charge "River, sea and ocean" (ex. restaurant Kristal). In the Holiday Village’s park there are an outdoor swimming pool with a children’s section, a relax zone and a summer bar, a children’s playground, a hall for games, as well as rest and entertainment areas. Furthermore, for the youngest guests there is a kids’ club.

*The meals are conducted in the restaurant located next to the “Atrium” of Hotel Longoz
