Accommodation: 3 separate buildings. 8 floors of the main building. All 297 units combine classical design and modern furnish: bathroom with bathtub in all rooms except family rooms (only in the family rooms there is shower), hair dryer, flat screen TV, sofa, telephone, central air conditioning, satellite TV, pillow menu,  free mini bar (mineral water, soft drinks and beer, restocked daily), in-room safe (free of charge), balcony / terrace. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The family rooms are with carpet, while the deluxe double rooms with laminate. The double rooms have view of the garden and the pools, and the family rooms only to the pools. Family rooms have a tea / coffee making facilities.
There are elevators in all sections - 6 are the main building and per 1 in the other two buildings.
DBL 2 + 1 DELUXE/2 + 2 DELUXE: about 25 sq. m. Two beds, joined together as double bed. The extra bed is extendible sofa. Maximum occupancy 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children (up to 7,99 y.o.)
FAM 2 + 2: about 40 sq. m. It consists of bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 living room, separated by sliding door. The extra beds are 2 single non-extendible beds. Maximum occupancy 3 adults + 1 child.

The hotel does not offer rooms and conditions for disabled people
Check-in after 14.00 h. and starts with afternoon snacks

Useful and important information:
Not allowed disturbing guests of the hotel after 23:00 h.
Under Bulgarian legislation it is not allowed to smoke in the indoor places of the hotel.
Sun bed reservation is not accepted. Any unattended towels are removed from the pool staff.
Any Food and Drinks could not be taken out of the restaurants due to Public and HACCP regulations.
