Accommodation: The complex consists of 164 one-bedroom, two-bedroom apartments and studios. All rooms have a balcony, a kitchenette, a mini bar or a fridge, a flat-screen TV, satellite TV and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries.

STUDIO 2+1: Approximate area of 32 square meters (including the balcony). Fully equipped kitchen (built-in: refrigerator, hob, extractor, kitchenware), dining table, telephone, safe, TV, air conditioning. The extra bed is located above the bedroom and is not suitable for accommodating an adult. There is no possibility of adding a baby cot in the room. One toilet and bathroom equipped with: shower cabin, hairdryer, telephone, private boiler. Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 1 child.

APARTMENT 2+1/2+2 / APARTMENT 2+1/2+2 SEA SIDE: Approximate area of 57 square meters (including the balcony).  Living room with fully equipped kitchen (built-in: refrigerator, oven, hob, extractor, kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa, TV, telephone, safe, air conditioner (split system ). Bedroom (max. Occupancy 2 pax). One bathroom with toilet equipped with: shower cabin, hairdryer, telephone, private boiler. Maximum occupancy 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

APARTMENT 4+1/4+2: Approximate area of 95 sq.m. (including the balcony). Living room with fully equipped kitchen (built-in: refrigerator, oven, hob, extractor, kitchenware), dining table, sofas, TV, telephone, safe, air conditioning (split system). Two bedrooms (max. Occupancy of 2 pax). Two bathrooms with toilet are equipped with: shower cabin (first bathroom), bath tub (second bathroom), hair dryer, telephone, private boiler. Maximum occupancy 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.

Pets are not allowed.

Available for guests: The complex has a restaurant, bar, shop, free internet in the lobby bar, garden, conference hall, unguarded paid parking (12 BGN / day), hotel services, 24-hour security.
