Location: Festa Chamkoria is located amid the beauty of the old pine forests. The hotel is about 2 km from the ski center of Borovets and from the gondola lift that leads to the ski center Markudjik - the highest on the Balkan Peninsula.

Accommodation: The hotel was built in 2009. The seven story building is served by three lifts. During the winter months the hotel is locally heated. Hot water is also central.

The elegant hotel has 5 one bedroom apartments, 32 junior suites, 12 double rooms and 5 single rooms. All rooms and suites are luxuriously furnished. They are equipped with telephone, cable TV, plasma TV, mini-bar and safe for extra charge, bathroom with tub. Most of them have a terrace with wonderful views.

Double room 2 +0: Approximate 20 sq.m. and double bed. Maximum occupancy 2 adults.

Junior Suite 2+1/2 +2: Approximate area of 35 square meters A room with a doble bed and a sofa , separated by a rotating TV cabinet. Maximum occupancy 3 adults + 1 child.

Suite 2 +2: Approximate area of 45 square meters 1 bedroom and living room with open portal. Maximum occupancy 3 adults + 1 child.

Baby cot is provided free upon request.

The hotel and adjoining infrastructure are wheelchair accessible.

No pets allowed.

At guests' disposal: The hotel has a restaurant with 100 seats, where guests are offered breakfast and dinner buffet. The restaurant is suitable for weddings and events and have the opportunity to join a comfortable conference room for 100 people, located next to it.
