Accommodation: Estreya Palace Hotel **** has 116 rooms, of which 105 double rooms and 11 apartments.

DOUBLE ROOM 2 + 1: Approximate area of 24 sq.m. The double rooms offer the following amenities: shower cabin (or bath tub on 4th floor), hair dryer, small balcony, central air conditioning, telephone, cable TV, mini fridge. Two regular beds and 1 extendible armchair. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults.

APARTMENT 2 + 2: Approximate area of 45 sq.m. Seven of the apartments are located on the ground floor and the other three on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. The apartments consist of a bedroom and living room with furniture, without a dividing door between them. They offer the following amenities: shower cabin, hair dryer, small balcony, central air conditioning, telephone, cable TV, mini fridge. Maximum occupancy for 4 adults.


Baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request.

Pets are not allowed.


At the hotel: Main restaurant with show cooking, lobby bar, pool bar, Vinopolis winery, souvenir shop, Estreya multifunctional hall (100/60 seats). There are many restaurants, bars and shops close to the hotel.

Sport & Spa: There are an indoor pool with mineral water, two outdoor pools with mineral water.


The Medi-SPA center offers a variety of massages, mud treatments and beauty treatments. The spa capsule offers the following procedures: steam, infrared, vibratory massage, aromatherapy and herbal therapy and many other treatments. There is a sauna, turkish bath, jacuzzi. Once per stay a thematic dinner (VALID ONLY FOR A MINIMUM PERIOD OF STAY 5 NIGHTS) in Vinopolis winery on a set menu including a package of drinks - wine and mineral water.

Sandwich corner, snacks, cakes, coffee and tea) - at main restaurant - 15:30 - 17:00 h.

Drinks at the lobby bar - 10:00 - 20:00 - coffee, tea and local non-alcoholic beverages.

Drinks at the pool bar - 10:00 - 17:00 - coffee, tea and local non-alcoholic beverages.

ALL Inclusive beverages include: Bulgarian alcoholic beverages, draft beer, wine of Belogrdec winery, draft soft drinks of Coca Cola - 10:00 - 22:00 (10:00 - 22:30 in June - August). Available at the lobby bar.
