ESTEBAN APARTMENTS ***, Nessebar

Beach: 300 – 350 m. away from Aurelia beach

Location: The complex consists of 4 buildings – Esteban, Esteban Soraya, Paris and Amour. There is not warm connection between the buildings and there is a mutual reception desk, located in Esteban Complex. The complex is situated in the new town part, between Nessebar and Ravda. Ravda is about 1km away, the center of the New Town Nessebar is about 3km away. Around the complex there are shops, bakeries, restaurants, bus stop, Aquapark “Paradise” is 100m away.

Accommodation: The complex has studios and apartments with one, two or three bedrooms. All units are with different interior.

STUDIO 2+0: Approximate area 40 m2. Consists of one unit with living room and bedroom with kitchenette (hot plates, fridge, microwave or oven, electric kettle, cooking and dining cutlery), dining area, extendable sofa suitable for 2 adults – this is the only one bed in the studio!!! There are: flat screen TV with channels, air-conditioning, bathroom with shower cabin or bathtub, laundry machine, iron and iron board, balcony with table and chairs, hairdryer, safe. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults.

APP 2+2: Approximate area 60 m2. They consist of two separated rooms with kitchenette in the living room (hot plates, fridge, microwave or oven, electric kettle, cooking and dining cutlery) and dining area, extendable double sofa, flat screen TV with channels, air-conditioning, bathroom with shower cabin or bathtub, laundry machine, iron and iron board, balcony with table and chairs, hairdryer, safe. Beds in the bedroom are double or twin. Not in all apartments, in the second room there is TV and air conditioning. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults.

APP 4+2: Approximate area 80 m2. They consist of a big living room with kitchenette (fridge, hot plates, electric kettle, microwave or oven, cooking and dining cutlery), dining area, extendable double sofa, flat screen TV with channels, air conditioning, two bathrooms with shower cabin or bathtub, laundry machine, iron board and iron, balcony with table and chairs, hairdryer, safe and two bedrooms (one is with double bed, second is with twin or double beds). Not in all apartments, not in each room is possible to have TV and air conditioning. The maximum occupancy is 6 adults.

APP 6+2: Approximate area 100 m2. With one living room with kitchenette (hot plates, fridge, microwave or oven, electric kettle, cooking and dining cutlery), dining area, extendable double sofa, flat screen TV with channels, air conditioning, two bathrooms with shower or bathtub, laundry machine, iron board and iron, balcony with chairs and table, safe and three bedrooms (two with double bed and one double or twin beds). Not in all apartments, not in each room is possible to have TV and air conditioning. The maximum occupancy is 8 adults.

 

Pets are not allowed.

Baby cot is provided against an extra charge of 4 EUR/ day, with prior request.

The hotel does not have adapted rooms for disabled.

 

About the hotel: Restaurant “Amour” (in Esteban Complex), BBQ, doctor, Beach Bar “Amour” (at Aurelia beach).

Sport and SPA: 3 outdoor swimming pools with children`s zone, SPA center, VIP zone (in Poseidon Complex), children`s corner and game club, tennis court, Russian billiards, children`s playground. Services in SPA center are: Turkish bath, sauna, massages, steam bath, cosmetic parlor and HYPOXI.

Parking: - 8 EUR/ day, underground parking. Around the hotel there is possibility for free car park but is not guarded, with limited places and no reservations are accepted.
