Location: Cornelia Apartments is situated at the foot of Pirin, 3 kilometers away from the centre of Razlog and 6 kilometers away from the centre of Bansko resort and the first station of the ski lift and offers a unique view to the golf fields and cozy atmosphere, modern interior and perfect service.
Accommodation: Cornelia Apartment Complex consists of 4 sections.
The first two sections A and B (Cornelia Boutique and SPA) are connected by a warm connection between them - they are the main building of the hotel, where is situated a SPA center, a restaurant, a reception and a lobby bar of the hotel. The section Cornelia Boutique Hotel and SPA has studios, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments. The equipment in Cornelia Boutique and SPA is more suitable for living such as at home, the kitchens are fully equipped.
Third and fourth sections C and D – additional buildings (Cornelia Deluxe Residence), the buildings are without a warm connection between them, as well as with the main building. Cornelia Deluxe Residence section consists of two buildings that are not connected to the main building and offers its guests the comfort and privacy of brand new and furnished double rooms, one-bedroom family apartments and two-bedroom apartments equipped with cable TV, kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and toaster, bathroom with shower or bathtub, hairdryer. The equipment in the premises in Cornelia Deluxe Residence are more suitable for hotel accommodation (there is no full set of kitchen appliances, as in Cornelia Boutique).
The rooms in the hotel have a view to the Pirin Golf or to Razlog, Rila and Rhodope mountains. All apartments have a balcony (1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, family apartments, rooms and studios), except for some double rooms and studios that have overlook to the Pirin Golf - they have no balcony. All buildings have an elevator.

Cornelia Deluxe Residence Section:
DOUBLE 2+0: Approximate area of 25 sq.m. The double rooms are one room with one double or two single beds, a small kitchen courner, a bathroom. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults.
FAMILY APARTMENT 2+2: Approximate area of 56 - 66 sq.m. The family apartments consist of a bedroom with one double or two single beds, and a separate room with two standard single beds (all beds in the apartment are regular), a bathroom and a balcony. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
Section Cornelia Boutique Hotel and SPA:
STUDIO 2+1: Approximate area of 32 - 46 sq.m. The studios are one premise with one double bed, one single extendable sofa, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 1 child.
APARTMENT 2+1/2+2: Approximate area of 56 - 66 sq.m. The one-bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom with one double or two single beds, a living room with an extendable couch and a kitchenette, an elegant bathroom and a balcony. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children.
In all sections of the complex there are two-bedroom apartments:
APARTMENT 4+1/4+2: Approximate area of 86 sq.m. The two-bedroom apartments consist of one bedroom with one double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a living room with an extendable couch and a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony. The bedrooms and the living room are separated by doors. The maximum occupancy is 5 adults or 4 adults with 2 children.
*The two-bedroom apartments in building Cornelia Boutique and SPA have hobs, ovens and washing machines.

Baby cot is free of charge and is available upon prior request.
Accommodation with pets is allowed only upon prior request and against extra payment of 10 -15 BGN per day (up to 5 kg/over 5 kg). Guests with pets accommodate in designated from the hotel premises.
The hotel does not dispose of premises, adjusted for accommodating people with mobility difficulties, but but 2-bedroom apartments on ground floor with easy exit/entrance outside.
About the hotel: The restaurant of Cornelia Apartment offers locally produced meat products and cheese, fresh vegetables and fish, captured at the local fishpond, as well as a special wine selection. At guests’ disposal there are also a garden with a BBQ and a Lobby bar. Cornelia Apartments also offer excellent conditions for conducting different corporate and personal events, seminars and conferences, as well as cocktails, family parties, team buildings and other.
Sports and SPA: The SPA centre of Cornelia Boutique Hotel and SPA disposes of an indoor swimming pool with mineral water and all year round water temperature of 30°C, umbrellas and chairs by the swimming pool, a dry Finnish sauna, an aroma steam bath, Russian and/or massage showers and a relax zone. It is available various SPA treatments at an additional cost.There are also  a football and a volleyball fields, available according to weather conditions.
