Location: Hotel Berlin Green Park is a four-star hotel, located on a quiet hill overlooking a magnificent panorama. It is located about 300 meters from the beach.
Beach: Sandy, 300 m. away
Accommodation: The hotel has 6 floors and a capacity of 218 units: double rooms and apartments. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, telephone, mini bar, cable TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower and hair dryer, balcony.

DBL 2 + 1/DBL 2 + 2: Approximate size 26,2 sq. m (size without balcony included). Two regular beds that can be joined (at the hotel there are only some rooms with double bed). Sofa and extra bed with mattress. Maximum occupancy - 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children.
APP 2 + 3: Approximate area of 60 sq. m. (size without balcony included). Living room and bedroom divided by a door. In the living room there are big sofa and extra bed. Maximum occupancy - 3 adults + 2 children/4 adults + 1 child.

Baby cot is provided free upon request
Pets are not allowed in the hotel
The hotel and its territory does not offer conditions for disabled people.

About the hotel: a main and a-la-carte restaurant (limited seats, upon prior reseravation), beach bar in front of Berlin Golden Beach, burger bar in front of Berlin golden beach.
Sport and Spa: outdoor pool with children's section; sport animation, daily and evening animation, sauna, massages, table tennis.
 
For Summer season 2019 the hotel will not offer shuttle bus between hotels Berlin green park and Berlin golden beach!!

ALL INCLUSIVE GOLD at hotel Berlin green park **** INCLUDES:
- Breakfast on buffet in the restaurant, a various menu and live-show cooking - 07:30 - 10:00
- Lunch on buffet at the restaurant, a various menu and international dishes: salads, soups, main dishes, desserts, fruits, live-show cooking - 12:00 - 14:00
- Drinks at the beach bar in front of Berlin golden beach from 10:00 till 19:00 h. (till 15.06 and after 15.09 from 10:00 till 16:30 h) or according the working time of the beach bar relying on the weather conditions. In bad weather the bar does not work
- Dinner on buffet in the restaurant: a various menu and international dishes with thematic dinners per week - 18:00 to 20:30; Dress code is obligatory
- Burger bar in front of Berlin golden beach - 10:00 - 16:00 (burger and hot dog)
- Dinner at the a-la-carte restaurant of the hotel (limited seats): once during the stay (upon availability of seats, an advanced booking is required from the previous day. Dress code obligatory. Working time - from Monday to Friday, 18:00 – 20:30. It works in the period from 15.06 till 15.09
- 24 hours: Bulgarian alcoholic and soft drinks, coffee, tea - 24 h. at the lobby bar at Berlin green park and at the other bars of the hotel according their working times
- One refilling of the mini bar in the room on the ARRIVAL only – 2 mineral waters 330 ml, 2 soft drinks 330 ml, 2 beers 330 ml, 1 chocolate dessert
- The hotel keeps the right to change the working hours of the restaurants, bars, etc.
- Free wi-fi in the common areas, hotel rooms and beach
- The check-in is after 14:00 h and check-out til 12:00 h
- All Inclusive GOLD program begins with lunch at the day of arrival and finishes with breakfast on the day of departure
- The guests are obliged to keep the hotel’s internal rules
