Location: Apartment Complex Aspen Resort Golf and Ski opens in the beginning of 2011 and is situated at the foot of Pirin Mountain, 10 minutes away from Bansko resort and near golf court Pirin Golf. The distance to the centre of Bansko resort and to the first station of the ski lift is 10 kilometers.
Accommodation: Apartment Complex Aspen Resort Golf and Ski offers accommodation in studios, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments, separated into standard and deluxe, distributed in 12 buildings, 4 from which with a warm connection to the restaurant, the Lobby bar and the reception. Some of the apartments are also equipped with a fireplace (against one-time extra payment of 20 BGN). The heating is via convection heaters and the water is heated via individual boilers.
All standard rooms at the hotel have no balcony, and all deluxe rooms have a balcony.

STUDIO 2+1: Approximately 35 square meters. The studios dispose of two single beds, one camp-bed, a telephone, a TV, a DVD player, a kitchenette with an oven, a fridge, an electric kettle and utensils and a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet and a hair dryer. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults.
STUDIO 2+1 DELUXE: Approximately 35 square meters. The studios dispose of two single beds, one camp-bed, a telephone, a TV, a DVD player, a kitchenette with an oven, a fridge, an electric kettle and utensils, a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet and a hair dryer and a balcony. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults.
APP 2+2: Approximately 50 square meters. The one-bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom with one double bed, a living room with an extendable couch and a kitchenette with an oven, a fridge, an electric kettle and utensils and a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet and a hair dryer and dispose of a telephone, a TV and a DVD player. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
APP 2+2 DELUXE: Approximately 50 square meters. The one-bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom with one double bed, a living room with an extendable couch and a kitchenette with an oven, a fridge, an electric kettle and utensils, a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet and a hair dryer and a balcony and dispose of a telephone, a TV and a DVD player. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
APP 4+2: Approximately 70 square meters. The two-bedroom apartments consist of one bedroom with one double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a living room with an extendable couch and a kitchenette with an oven, a fridge, an electric kettle and utensils, a bathroom with a bathtub and a hair dryer and two separate toilets and dispose of a telephone, a TV and a DVD player. The bedrooms and the living room are separated by doors. The maximum occupancy is 6 adults.
APP 4+2 DELUXE: Approximately 70 square meters. The two-bedroom apartments consist of one bedroom with one double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a living room with an extendable couch and a kitchenette with an oven, a fridge, an electric kettle and utensils, a bathroom with a bathtub and a hair dryer, two separate toilets and a balcony and dispose of a telephone, a TV and a DVD player. The bedrooms and the living room are separated by doors. The maximum occupancy is 6 adults.
Baby cot is available free of charge and upon prior request.
The hotel and its adjoining infrastructure are accessible for people in wheelchairs. The hotel does not dispose of premises, adjusted for accommodating people with mobility difficulties.
Accommodation with pets is not allowed.

About the hotel: Apartment Complex Aspen Resort Golf and Ski disposes of a Lobby bar, a restaurant, an outdoor parking with a capacity of 80 places, an underground garage with a capacity of 35 places against extra payment of 10 BGN per day, Wi-Fi internet access in the common hotel areas, a safe deposit box at the reception desk, a conference hall and a banquet hall.
Sports and SPA: The Wellness centre of Apartment Complex Aspen Resort Golf and Ski is equipped with an indoor heated swimming pool with a water temperature of 30°C, a sauna, a steam bath, a Jacuzzi, massage cabinets and a solarium against extra payment of 1 BGN per hour. For the sports fans at disposal there are fitness and table tennis against extra payment of 5 BGN per hour.

Lunch on a buffet – 12.30 – 14.30 (if a supplement for FB is chosen)

*In case there are less than 25 guests the breakfast, the lunch and the dinner are served on a menu.
Christmas dinner /not mandatory/, but there is no standard dinner on 25.12, if is not chosen a package with a +X-mas Gala. This offer did not include Christmas gala dinner and standard dinner on 25.12
New Year's Eve dinner /is mandatory / included in the prices for adults and children from 6 to 11.99 years, children from 0 to 5.99 years are free of charge and they will receive a place and a portion in the restaurant.
